• Customized coaching package with choice of appt frequency and length 
• Regular email support (updates, check-ins, encouragements etc)

I'm pleased to offer a no obligation complimentary coaching session to see if we are a good "fit" to work together. 

Appointments & Hours
Currently, I have limited appointments available - weekdays/daytime. 


Commitment
Because change happens over time, I typically request a minimum 3-month commitment to the coaching process. This allows the coaching relationship to develop and be powerful, and when the going gets tough we stay in collaboration and work through to the other side.

After the initial period, the coaching can continue on a month-to-month basis or whatever we determine best suits your needs & goals.

A)  Weekly 30 min Coaching Sessions - $299 per month (+ HST) x 3 months 
Includes:

• 60 min discovery session (counts as 1 of the monthly sessions)
• 4 X 30 min sessions per month
• Plus email communication and support 
• A TOTAL of 12 sessions

B) Bi-Weekly 30 min Coaching Sessions - $199 per month (+ HST) X 3 months 
Includes:

• 60 min discovery session (counts as 1 of the monthly sessions)
• 2 X 30 min sessions per month
• Plus email communication and support 
• A TOTAL of 6 sessions

 Please note that I am happy to customize coaching plans (frequency of appts, length of appts etc) to suit client needs.
